The SGH is known for its eagerness for cooperation with other, both domestic and foreign, universities and business schools.

SGH has traditionally been open to exchange of knowledge, educational and research experience with foreign academic centres. The School maintains vivid international contacts with over 200 foreign universities, and takes part in research activities conducted in collaboration with foreign centers. Each year foreign academics visit the School to attend seminars and conferences, give lectures and participate in joint research projects. WSE also takes part in a wide range of international student exchange programmes and is involved in several international programmes for faculty and students.

The Warsaw School of Economics offers a lot of flexibility to students in establishing one’s classes schedule, as well as supports students’ initiatives, especially in the form of Students’ Organisations (such as AEGEE - The European Students' Forum, AIESEC  or CEMS Club) and Students’ Science Associations.
